Inspired by this observation, Rafi embarked on a new venture and founded Service Library, an innovative company offering comprehensive IT solutions to businesses.
With successfully running his current business ‘Next Move Student & Migration Pty Ltd’, an Australian registered company, Rafi is deeply connected to the local business community and dedicated to contributing to its growth.

Ekhtiar Hassan is a highly accomplished professional who has completed honors and a master’s degree in computer science and engineering. With over 20 years of experience in the computer sector, he specializes in creative graphic design, promotion and branding, and website development. He is well-versed in using popular software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and CorelDraw.
In addition to his expertise in graphic design, Ekhtiar Hassan has also been actively involved in journalism, creative writing, photography, and various social activities for the past 20 years. Recently, he has jointly established a global service platform known as a service library. His strong belief in providing equal access to services for everyone and promoting global equality drives this initiative.
